Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exclusions apply to personalized, clearance, and hygiene-sensitive items, which are final sale unless received damaged or flawed.
